About the Role

This role works directly with an associate attorney to manage case resolution efforts, including demand writing, mediation coordination, and case documentation. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is comfortable taking initiative, asking questions, and following directions closely while managing multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with an associate attorney to support case resolution and litigation strategy

Monitor and manage email correspondence related to active cases

Assist in scheduling mediations and coordinating related logistics

Draft demand letters and settlement demands

Prepare legal memoranda and case summaries

Perform damages calculations to support demands

Track case status and deadlines to ensure timely follow-through

Communicate case updates clearly with attorneys and internal team members

Follow instructions accurately and elevate questions or clarifications as needed
