Responsibilities

• Work directly with an associate attorney to support case resolution and litigation strategy.
• Monitor and manage email correspondence related to active cases.
• Assist in scheduling mediations and coordinating related logistics.
• Draft demand letters and settlement demands.
• Prepare legal memoranda and case summaries.
• Perform damages calculations to support demands.
• Track case status and deadlines to ensure timely follow-through.
• Communicate case updates clearly with attorneys and internal team members.
• Follow instructions accurately and proactively.
