Qualifications

• Experience in a litigation or paralegal support role preferred.
• Comfortable with demand letter writing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive communicator—asks clarifying questions.
• Familiarity with mediation scheduling and case management processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support case resolution and litigation strategy with an associate attorney.
• Monitor and manage email correspondence for active cases.
• Assist in scheduling mediations and coordinate related logistics.
• Draft demand letters and settlement demands.
• Prepare legal memoranda and case summaries.
• Perform damages calculations to support demands.
• Track case status and deadlines; communicate updates to attorneys and team.
