Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workers' Compensation experience.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Comfortable with fast-paced work environments.

Responsibilities

• Managing a docket of cases to resolution.
• Taking part in depositions: preparing client, attending, invoicing.
• Responding to client inquiries that require attorney negotiation and moving matters toward resolution.
• Responding to incoming emails and phone calls.
• Providing direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed.
• Being a team player and leading non-attorneys by example.
