Job summary

Salma Health, Inc. is seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide remote outpatient psychotherapy across the United States.

You will deliver individual and group sessions, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure thorough documentation in a high-quality brain health program. The role requires a Master’s in Social Work, California licensure (LCSW/LMFT), and experience with evidence-based treatments for mood, anxiety, and trauma.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current independent clinical licensure in California (LCSW or LMFT).
• Experience in Intensive Outpatient (IOP) or Partial Hospitalization (PHP) settings desirable.
• Evidence-based treatments for mood, anxiety, and trauma disorders.
• Telehealth experience and remote clinical work.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy services to patients in outpatient settings using evidence-based approaches.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
• Participate in clinical supervision, consultations, and team meetings.
• Adhere to structured therapy protocols and care models to ensure consistency.
• Respond to crises and follow risk-management procedures.
