Job summary

Salma Health, Inc. is seeking a licensed psychotherapist to deliver individual and group therapy in outpatient settings, with a focus on mood, anxiety, and trauma disorders. Qualifications

• MSW from an accredited program
• Licensed in CA as LCSW or LMFT
• Experience in IOP/PHP or hospital settings desired
• Proficient in evidence-based treatments for mood, anxiety, trauma
• Skilled with telehealth platforms and clinical documentation

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy in outpatient settings using evidence-based approaches.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per legal and organizational standards.
• Participate in supervision, consultations, and team meetings.
• Adhere to structured therapy protocols and care models for consistency.
• Respond to crises and follow risk-management procedures.
