Job summary

Salma Health, Inc. is hiring for a licensed psychotherapist to deliver individual and group outpatient therapy via telehealth. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute tailored treatment plans and maintain compliant clinical documentation.

The role involves participation in supervision and team meetings, adherence to care protocols, and effective crisis response. This position is remote nationwide in the United States.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current independent clinical licensure in CA (LCSW or LMFT).
• Experience in IOP/PHP or hospital/medical center settings is desirable.
• Proficiency with evidence-based treatments for mood, anxiety, and trauma disorders.
• Proficient with telehealth platforms and remote clinical work.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with standards.
• Participate in supervision, consultation sessions, and team meetings.
• Follow structured therapy protocols to ensure consistency of care.
• Respond to clinical crises and manage risk according to procedures.
