Salma Health, Inc. is seeking a licensed clinical social worker or licensed marriage and family therapist to deliver psychotherapy in a remote outpatient setting across the United States. The role supports a multidisciplinary team and uses evidence-based treatments to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities include telehealth sessions, documentation, supervision participation, and crisis response. Candidates should have an MSW/LMFT/LCSW, be licensed, and comfortable with remote clinical work.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current independent clinical licensure (LCSW or LMFT) in the United States.
• Experience with IOP or PHP settings is preferred.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote clinical work.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy in outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with standards.
• Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings.
• Follow structured therapy protocols and models of care.
• Respond to crises and follow risk-management procedures.
