Salma Health, Inc. is seeking a licensed mental health professional to deliver outpatient psychotherapy services remotely across the US.

The role requires a Master’s in Social Work, CA LCSW/LMFT licensure, and experience with telehealth and evidence-based treatments for mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans, document accurately, and participate in supervision and meetings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
• Current independent clinical licensure in CA (LCSW or LMFT) required.
• Experience with Intensive Outpatient (IOP) or Partial Hospitalization (PHP) desirable.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments for mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders.
• Telehealth platforms and remote clinical work proficiency required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy in outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to formulate and execute treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with standards.
• Participate in supervision, consultations, and team meetings.
• Adhere to structured therapy protocols and models of care.
• Respond to clinical crises and follow risk-management procedures.
