Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current independent clinical licensure in California (LCSW or LMFT).
• Proficient with telehealth platforms and remote clinical work.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments for mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy in outpatient settings using evidence-based approaches.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to formulate and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with laws and organizational standards.
• Participate in clinical supervision, consultations, and team meetings.
• Adhere to structured therapy protocols and models of care for clinical consistency.
