Salma Health, Inc. is seeking a remote psychotherapist to deliver individual and group psychotherapy in outpatient settings across the U.S.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute tailored treatment plans and maintain compliant clinical documentation. The role requires a Master’s in Social Work and an active LCSW or LMFT license, with experience in mood, anxiety, and trauma disorders and proficiency in telehealth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current independent clinical licensure in the state of California (LCSW or LMFT).
• Experience with mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders using evidence-based approaches.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote clinical work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy services in outpatient settings using empirically supported treatments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with laws and standards.
• Participate in scheduled clinical supervision, consultations, and team meetings.
• Adhere to structured protocols and models of care to ensure consistency and quality.
• Respond to clinical crises and follow risk-management procedures.
