Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited program in Social Work.
• Current independent clinical licensure in CA (LCSW or LMFT).
• Experience in IOP/PHP or hospital settings is desirable.
• Proficient in evidence-based treatments for mood, anxiety, and trauma.
• Comfort with telehealth and remote clinical work.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy in outpatient settings using evidence-based approaches.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with laws and standards.
• Participate in scheduled supervision, consultations, and team meetings.
• Follow structured therapy protocols to ensure consistency and quality of care.
• Respond to clinical crises and follow risk-management procedures.
