The attorney will support a single client with a high-volume portfolio of employment matters and will manage claims from pre-litigation through the litigation process when necessary.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• Reside and practice in California.
• Minimum of 4 years of California employment law experience.
• Experience handling employment litigation matters, including research, motions, pleadings, and depositions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of California employment law claims from pre-litigation through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents per California law.
• Take and defend depositions and support all phases of the litigation process when settlements aren’t possible.
• Evaluate claims, develop case strategy, and participate in settlement negotiations and dispute resolution.
• Independently manage assigned matters with minimal supervision while providing strategic legal support.
