Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• Reside and practice in California.
• Minimum of 4 years of California employment law experience.
• Experience handling employment litigation, including research, motions, pleadings, and depositions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of California employment law claims from pre-litigation through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents in compliance with California law.
• Take and defend depositions and support all phases of litigation when needed.
• Evaluate claims, develop case strategy, and participate in settlement discussions.
