You will provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, producers, and assigned groups, handling policy administration, renewals, billing, claims, and coverage analysis while maintaining data accuracy and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team.
