Insurance Office of America is seeking an Account Manager Associate - Commercial Lines in California, with remote option strongly preferred. You will provide admin and client service support to the account team and producers, handling renewals, policy admin, billing, and inquiries.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of insurance customer service, active P&C license, and strong analytical and MS Office skills. Expect a collaborative environment with growth and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer service experience in insurance.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active property & casualty licensing (required).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking and organization.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and producers.
• Assist in directing day-to-day activities of the team and office workflow.
• Handle customer service requests, policy administration, billing and claims.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals, and prepare submissions.
• Review contracts for proper coverages and monitor delinquent accounts.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
