Job summary

DLH Corp is seeking a Training Coordinator to support organizational learning by developing curricula and delivering NET, Delta and on-site training. You will ensure accurate post-event reporting and maintain compliance across programs.

The role requires MACCS experience, instructor background, and active Secret clearance, with a remote-friendly work setup and US-based operations. A strong background in telecommunications and data links is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with MACCS systems and units (CTN, CAC2S, TBMCS, AFATDS).
• Led curriculum development in a formal training environment.
• Five years’ work experience with MACCS.
• Three years instructor/analyst experience for USMC systems/equipment.
• MACCS network administrator and sensor integration experience.
• Configure and maintain radios, antennas and telecom gear.
• Two years experience with tactical data links (Link 16, JREAP A/B/C).
• Cisco router/switch hardware experience; CCNA/CCNP preferred.
• Experience in virtual environments and OS management.
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to training curriculum and material development.
• Conduct NET, Delta, On-Site, and Over-the-Shoulder training events.
• Provide post-event reporting and documentation for compliance.
