Job summary

C² Technologies seeks a DCSA Senior Training Specialist / Instructor to deliver instructor-led and virtual training programs, supporting leadership, onboarding, and professional development curricula. The role requires high-quality facilitation, classroom management, learner engagement, and instructional support for adult learners in both classroom and virtual environments.

The successful candidate will work with adult learners, participate in evaluation and continuous improvement of training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience delivering instructor-led and virtual training.
• Federal or Department of Defense training experience preferred.
• SECRET clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training programs.
• Facilitate leadership, supervisory, and professional development courses.
• Conduct onboarding and employee experience training, including New Employee Experience programs.
• Support coaching, mentoring, and career development workshops.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences for adult learners.
• Manage classroom logistics and learning environments.
• Provide real-time instructional and learner support during training sessions.
• Support virtual classroom technology and online learning environments.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback.
• Prepare after-action reports and training evaluations.
• Identify opportunities to improve training delivery based on learner feedback and evaluation results.
