Job summary

V2X Inc. seeks an on-site Training Coordinator to manage the day-to-day implementation and delivery of the unit training program for T-45 CLS. You will oversee training administration, data entry, and certification tracking, ensuring currency and compliance.

The role requires strong communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to coordinate with base agencies. Some travel and shift flexibility may be required in a DoD environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years training-related experience or equivalent.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills via telephone and e-mail.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and data accuracy.
• Knowledge of training program management, administration, and duties.
• Must communicate professionally in English, both oral and written.
• Able to work day, night, or weekend shifts as required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD CAC.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage on-site training programs to ensure proper training and certification.
• Identify training requirements and coordinate with internal resources to satisfy them.
• Prepare training requests through base agencies for external resources.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and qualification tracking.
• Schedule and document training activities, communications, and notifications.
• Assist with process improvements based on lessons learned.
