Job summary

ADC LTD NM is seeking a Training Coordinator to manage National Training Standards certifications, Employee Investigator training, Investigative Technician certification, and mentoring. The role includes tracking training, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, and coordinating field training with remote investigators.

Candidates should have strong organizational skills, experience with databases and Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with database use and management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain professionalism.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Must possess Top Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and track NTS certifications, investigator training, and mentoring sessions.
• Audit training records to ensure contract compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date training profiles and records.
• Communicate with staff via phone, email and messaging.
• Assist in planning meetings and special projects.
