Job summary

DLH is hiring a Marine training coordinator to develop and maintain MACCS curricula, deliver NET/Delta/On-Site sessions, and ensure robust post-event reporting for compliance. You will lead curriculum development and deliver training across remote setups in support of Marine Corps systems.

The role requires MACCS expertise, formal training leadership, and a Secret clearance, with a focus on effective learning outcomes and documentation across multiple events.

Qualifications

• Experience with MACCS maintenance and configuration.
• Leadership in formal training curriculum development.
• Five years with MACCS; three years instructor/analyst in Marine Corps systems.
• MACCS network administration and sensor integration experience.
• Radio, antenna, and telecommunication equipment knowledge within MACCS.
• TDF setup and integration experience.
• Two years configuring tactical data links incl. Link 16 / JREAP A/B/C.
• Cisco router/switch hardware and IOS experience; virtualization skills.
• RF propagation expertise; active Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to training curriculum and material development.
• Conduct NET, Delta, On-Site, and Over-the-Shoulder training events.
• Provide post-event reporting and documentation for compliance.
