Primordial Labs Inc. is seeking a business development lead focused on command and control.

You will own the full capture lifecycle for C2 opportunities, build and manage partnerships with primes and autonomy software providers, and engage with DoD program offices to shape requirements. You will advocate for Anura across services, coordinate with engineering and product teams, and represent Primordial Labs at industry events, driving cross-domain C2 modernization efforts with a fast, high-signal

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business development, capture, or government sales.
• Direct experience with DoD C2 customers and software acquisition.
• Demonstrated success owning opportunities across the full capture lifecycle.
• Established relationships across program offices, joint staff, or industry partners.
• Operator, staff officer, or C2 acquisition background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full capture lifecycle for C2 opportunities from shaping through award.
• Build and run capture plans, including win strategy, pricing for software and integration.
• Maintain C2 pipeline and forecast, including direct awards and subcontract revenue.
• Position Anura in joint/service modernization efforts and software acquisition pathways.
• Develop partnerships with C2 primes, mission planners, and autonomy software companies.
• Engage with operators to staff officers to shape requirements and experiments.
