A Public Trust (MBI) clearance is required, with a 100% U.S.-based remote work arrangement. Candidates should have extensive experience with MVC, SQL Server, Azure/AWS, and modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD and automated testing.

Qualifications

• Expertise in .NET Framework and .NET Core with strong C# knowledge.
• Back-end development with MVC and .NET Core.
• Strong OOP and design pattern knowledge.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and other APIs.
• SQL Server and Entity Framework experience.
• Familiarity with Azure and AWS.
• Experience with version control (Git, TFVC).
• Understanding of CI/CD (CodePipeline, CodeDeploy).
• Unit testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit, MSTest).
• Proficient with IDEs like Visual Studio / VS Code.

Responsibilities

• Plan technical work, define requirements, and support testing activities.
• Develop full-stack features using C# and .NET technologies.
• Participate in daily stand-ups as part of the software team.
• Ensure performance, quality and responsiveness of applications.
• Mentor junior developers and assist with code reviews.
• Document software designs, data flows, and interfaces.
