The role blends business analysis, data, automation, and AI-assisted development. You will build and iterate first versions, translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements, and drive adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
Proven ability to solve business or operational problems through process improvement, data, or automation.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver from ambiguous requests to outcomes.
Experience with software, databases, APIs, integrations, and reporting.
Ability to learn new platforms quickly and use AI-assisted tools effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication across business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Partner with functional and operational teams to understand goals, pain points, constraints, and current-state workflows.
Facilitate discovery sessions, map processes, clarify requirements, identify root causes.
Prioritize opportunities by business value, effort, risk, adoption, and alignment with objectives.
Translate business language into clear solution requirements, user stories, designs, and outcomes.
Design practical solutions using business platforms, low-code tools, workflows, and AI-enabled development.
Develop prototypes quickly, validate with users, and improve iteratively.
Configure forms, workflows, dashboards, alerts, approvals, and integrations to reduce friction.
Coordinate with internal tech teams, partners, and vendors for deeper expertise.
Create or enhance dashboards, reports, and operational views for actionable insights.
Understand data sources, ownership, quality, and dependencies across systems.
Support data transformation, API integration, and workflow connectivity.
Promote consistent data definitions, traceability, and responsible information use.
Identify repeatable tasks for automation or AI-enabled tools.
Use AI responsibly to accelerate analysis, prototyping, and documentation.
Evaluate new tools balancing value, security, governance, and adoption.
Create reusable automation patterns rather than one-off solutions.
Plan testing, rollout, training, and transition to sustainable ownership.
Measure outcomes and adjust when needed.
Maintain documentation for workflows, data definitions, and dependencies.
Communicate progress, risks, decisions, and next steps clearly.
