Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of public accounting experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting or Business, and proficiency with UltraTax and QuickBooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business required.
• CPA license preferred; candidates with CPA exam progress will be considered.
• 1–3 years of experience in public accounting with at least 1–2 busy seasons.
• Master’s in Taxation is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in tax software (UltraTax) and QuickBooks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
• Assist in tax planning and advisory services for clients
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through clear communication and service delivery
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax documents
