Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Business Solutions Manager to grow our client base and drive recruitment efforts in the Cerritos, California area. This largely virtual role uses end-to-end recruiting and full-sales-cycle skills to promote our workforce solutions with clients and prospects.

We offer a fully remote role with a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $90,000 plus a bonus plan and comprehensive benefits, including 401K with matching, health and wellness programs, and

Qualifications

• Live in the greater Cerritos, CA area.
• Experience in business development and outbound sales.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Understanding of staffing or recruiting is helpful.
• 2+ years of B2B sales in professional services preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or transferable experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and recruitment efforts in the Cerritos, CA area.
• Promote workforce staffing solutions to clients and prospects via video and in-person meetings.
• Own end-to-end recruiting and full-sales-cycle activities to grow client base.
