Adams & Martin Group, a Roth Staffing Companies division, is seeking a Business Solutions Manager for the Downtown Los Angeles area. The role concentrates on driving business development, recruiting, and expanding the client base in a largely virtual setting.

You will handle end-to-end recruiting and full-sales cycles to promote our legal workforce staffing solutions with clients and prospects, leveraging video and in-person meetings for powerful engagement.

Qualifications

• reside in the greater Downtown Los Angeles area (CA)
• thrive in a business development and outbound sales environment
• strong business acumen and customer service skills
• excellent communication with strong problem-resolution abilities
• prior staffing or recruiting experience helpful
• legal field experience a plus
• enthusiasm for creating remarkable experiences aligned with company values
• dedication to fostering belonging within the team
• 2+ years of B2B sales in a professional services setting preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or transferable experience
