Job summary

Intel Corporation is seeking a skilled Business Analyst for a 12-month contract. The role focuses on analyzing complex business problems, clarifying requirements, and aligning data elements with processes.

You will decompose processes, design future state tools, and identify automation opportunities while coordinating with stakeholders across IT and business teams. The candidate will lead or support UAT, manage multiple priorities, and communicate updates to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a degree with relevant experience in business analysis or similar role.
• Experience gathering, documenting and managing complex business and functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of data structures, data flows and data quality management.
• Experience leading or supporting UAT and validating solutions against requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across projects, applications, or programs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business problems and develop recommendations; clarify requirements and data elements.
• Decompose and optimize processes within the business process framework.
• Organize design sessions and blueprint future state tools, processes and people.
• Identify automation opportunities and coordinate with stakeholders for updates.
• Incorporate client feedback and assess feasibility of proposed features.
• Lead or support testing, including user acceptance testing and prototype evaluation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide troubleshooting support.
• Manage project scope, time and quality on smaller initiatives; monitor KPIs and reporting.
