SAIC is seeking a Business Process Analyst for a 100% remote role to support franchise fund and e-learning applications within VA programs. You will drive process improvements, define policies, and coordinate with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with Agile/SAFe, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Experience eliciting and documenting business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Proficiency creating functional specs, user stories, use cases, and diagrams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and SAFe methodologies and their practical application.

Responsibilities

• Provides expertise on continuous process improvement and performance measures.
• Defines and develops business processes, policies, roles, and responsibilities.
• Plans and implements future state design and transition planning.
• Interfaces with multiple project areas and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
