micro1 is seeking a Remote Business Operations Expert to design and evaluate complex operational tasks for AI benchmarking. You will translate real-world workflows into structured, graded exercises with clear instructions and supporting materials.

In this contract role, you will own end-to-end tasks, develop SOPs and QA checklists, and collaborate with reviewers to ensure consistent scoring. Strong Excel and English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years hands-on experience in business operations, operations reporting, process design or workflow management.
• Direct ownership of operational processes, not supervisory-only roles.
• Experience creating or applying structured standards like SOPs, QA checklists, process documentation or SLAs.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze information across multiple documents.
• Excellent written and verbal English; B2+, with C1 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-step tasks based on real-world business operations including reporting and workflow management.
• Define objective grading criteria for consistent evaluations.
• Develop tasks requiring critical thinking and interpretation of multiple documents.
• Create or source supporting materials such as spreadsheets, exports, and reports.
• Identify ambiguous or ungradable tasks to maintain evaluation quality.
• Deliver approved tasks on schedule with required quality.
