micro1 is a data lab that creates benchmark tasks from real operations work, including reporting, process design, and workflow management. You design multi-step business tasks with objective grading criteria so two reviewers can agree on outputs.

The role is fully remote, global, and requires strong English. Prior domain knowledge in operations is valued; no AI-specific experience is required.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in business operations, reporting, and process design.
• Experience creating structured standards: SOPs, QA checklists, process documentation, service level definitions, or training assessments.
• Strong Excel capability and English proficiency (B2 minimum, C1 preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Design multi-step tasks drawn from real operations work—reporting, process design, and workflow management.
• Define objective grading criteria so reviewers reach the same verdict.
• Build tasks that require judgment over lookup and provide supporting materials.
• Flag tasks that are ambiguous or ungradable and deliver them with clear outputs on schedule.
• Deliver approved tasks on time and at the required quality level.
