micro1 is seeking a Business Operations Expert for a fully remote, global contractor role. You will design realistic, multi-step operational tasks, establish objective grading criteria, and create supporting materials to evaluate AI systems.

You must have at least 5 years in business operations, strong Excel skills, excellent English, and the ability to translate complex workflows into clearly defined tasks. Approximately 10 hours per task are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in business operations, operations reporting, process design, or workflow management.
• Direct ownership of operational processes and ability to translate complex workflows into measurable tasks.
• Strong written and verbal English communication (B2 minimum, C1 preferred).

Responsabilités

• Design realistic, multi-step tasks based on real-world business operations, including reporting, process design, and workflow management.
• Define objective grading criteria enabling consistent evaluations across reviewers.
• Develop tasks requiring critical thinking, interpretation of multiple documents, not just retrieval.
• Create or source supporting materials (spreadsheets, system exports, process docs, operational reports).
• Identify and flag ambiguous or ungradable tasks, ensuring evaluation standards are met.
• Deliver approved tasks on schedule with required quality.
