You will liaise between customers and management, coordinate project tasks, and help ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in contracts/change orders, ERP knowledge, and strong communication. We value collaboration across diverse teams and an execution-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience dealing with contracts and change orders.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems.
• Ability to use independent judgment and self-starting.
• Experience in a diverse, employee-owned company is a plus.
• Strong communication to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Managers with day-to-day coordination of business operations.
• Monitor, control and manage operations to meet client expectations and goals.
• Coordinate and manage project tasks to meet budgets and timelines.
• Maintain customer relationships through regular meetings and communications.
• Lead internal project meetings and document minutes.
• Prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Support monthly job profitability reviews and expediting statuses.
