Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals. This role is fully remote within the United States.

You will assist Service Managers, coordinate tasks, liaise with customers, and drive improvements while upholding safety and compliance. Applicants must have 2+ years in contracts/change orders and a high school diploma, with ERP knowledge; strong communication and collaboration are

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience dealing with Contracts and Change Order Management.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic knowledge of ERP Systems.
• Ability to use independent judgement and self-starting.
• Foster collaboration between teams and work in a diverse company.
• Strong communication skills to articulate plans clearly.

Responsibilities

• Stresses safety as the top priority and ensures safe practices.
• Assist Service Managers with day-to-day coordination of operations.
• Monitor and manage business operations to meet client expectations.
• Coordinate between customers and management for smooth delivery.
• Lead project meetings, document minutes, and track actions.
• Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders and manage invoices.
• Evaluate operations and propose strategic improvements.
• Provide direction to internal teams to hit performance targets.
• Identify and resolve operational problems promptly.
• Maintain operating procedures and reference documents.
