Qualifications

• Experience supporting cross-functional processes.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, or CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• English proficiency for working with English-speaking teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate business operations, workflows, and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation.
• Prepare and analyze reports, dashboards, and operational performance metrics.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Support the implementation of new processes, systems, tools, and business initiatives.
• Monitor operational risks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
