Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Operational Analytics team in the US, with remote flexibility and a preference for candidates near New York City on a hybrid schedule (1–2 days in office). You will own Member Experience analytics reporting, build capacity models, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in BI, strong SQL, and experience with Tableau or Power BI, plus solid Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in BI, data analytics or reporting.
• SQL proficiency for querying/manipulating data.
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to narrate data clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Member Experience Analytics reporting dashboards.
• Develop forecasting and capacity models for service and claims teams.
• Handle ad hoc analytics requests from cross-functional partners.
• Translate business questions into analytical approaches and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to streamline recurring reporting and improve data quality and turnaround time.
• Leverage AI tools for work acceleration and automation.
• Present findings to non-technical leadership.
