Job summary

World Market is seeking an experienced Analytics professional to join our remote team in the United States. You will support enterprise data reporting, perform SQL analyses, and help measure performance across marketing, ecommerce, loyalty, and operations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in analytics, strong SQL and Excel skills, experience with Tableau or Power BI, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. California pay range applies for this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence.
• Hands-on SQL experience with joins, aggregations, filters, and validation checks.
• Experience with campaign measurement and analysis, web analytics, or enterprise reporting.
• Strong time and project management skills and ability to work on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise data support: understand data sources, tables, definitions, and data flows to support reporting and analysis.
• SQL analysis: write and validate queries for recurring reports, ad-hoc analyses, and business investigations.
• Data quality: check reports for accuracy, investigate discrepancies, document findings, and escalate issues with evidence.
• Reporting assets: create, update, and QA dashboards and self-service reports for reliable visibility.
