Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking experienced postsecondary business instructors to help shape the next generation of AI concepts. You will design and review business questions and case studies used to train AI systems, ensuring accuracy and practical relevance.

The role emphasizes independent, asynchronous work with a remote setup and 10–40 hours per week on a task-based contract. Prior AI experience is not required, with a Masters in Business or related field preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level.
• Strong command of core business topics including management, strategy, operations, and finance.
• Clear articulation and evaluation of business reasoning in written form.]
• Ability to review structured content and deliver detailed, actionable feedback.

Responsibilities

• Design and review business questions, case studies, and scenarios used to train AI systems.
• Evaluate AI-generated business content for accuracy, clarity, and practical relevance.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to improve AI reasoning and real-world examples.
• Apply teaching experience to validate complex scenarios and decisions.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
