Job summary

Alignerr (Powered by Labelbox) is seeking a Management & Leadership Instructor for AI Training. This remote, hourly contract role offers flexible scheduling (10–40 hours/week) and the opportunity to shape AI understanding of organizational decision-making and leadership dynamics.

You will review scenarios, provide structured feedback, and work independently on your own schedule. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of teaching management at the postsecondary level and a strong grasp of leadership

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level.
• Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and decision-making frameworks.
• Able to critically evaluate complex tradeoffs and managerial reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism.
• Evaluate the quality of reasoning related to teams, incentives, and organizational structure.
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic conclusions.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI's managerial reasoning capabilities.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
