Job summary

UPS is seeking a Business Development Supervisor to drive new business in Central Alabama, covering Birmingham-Hoover, Montgomery, and Tuscaloosa. The role is fully remote with 3–4 days of in-person customer visits each week within the territory, and occasional overnight travel may be required.

You will prospect, secure appointments, identify customer needs, present solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals to grow revenue while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
