Job summary

SJE is seeking a Business Development Representative to plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies that grow domestic distributor market share for CLT Water Well products across your territory. The role requires identifying new opportunities, cold-calling targets, and training distributors, with travel about half the time.

You will be the subject expert on pumps, well drilling, water wells and agriculture, supporting SJE Rhombus brand from a remote location in California or Michigan.

Qualifications

• Four to six years of relevant experience.
• Technical knowledge of VFDs in the water well industry.
• Experience with outside sales.
• Willing to travel at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies to grow domestic distributor market share for CLT Water Well products in the territory.
• Identify and develop new market and product opportunities, including Agriculture, through distributor relationships.
• Conduct cold calls to prospective distribution targets.
• Educate and train new distributors and water well and AG contractors.
• Be the subject expert on pumps, well drilling, water wells and agriculture.
