Job summary

SJE Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative to plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies that grow domestic distributor market share for CLT Water Well products across your territory.

This remote role requires traveling up to 50% and strong customer skills, outside sales experience, and knowledge of VFDs used in water wells. You will educate distributors and water well and agricultural contractors, build relationships, and identify new market opportunities across

Qualifications

• Four to six years of relevant outside sales experience.
• Strong customer skills and ability to grow distributor relationships.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and learn about pumps and wells.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies to grow distributor market share.
• Identify new market opportunities, including agriculture, through distributor channels.
• Educate and train new distributors and water well/AG contractors.
