Job summary

Republic Drill Co. is seeking a Sales Representative to own and grow the water well and geothermal market in a defined territory.

You will be the brand at the customer, building relationships with drilling companies and municipal buyers while promoting our equipment and consumables. This role is field-based; you will map the territory, run market analyses, quote and finance deals end-to-end, and work with the Service Manager to grow service revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years as a revenue driver in drilling or adjacent equipment.
• Proven ability to build and grow a territory.
• Experience across revenue channels, distribution, and fulfillment.
• Mechanical fluency to communicate with field crews.
• Strong analytical and verbal/written communication skills.
• Travel 50–70% with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Map and grow the defined territory of water well and geothermal customers.
• Perform regular customer need evaluations.
• Run bi-annual regional market analyses to identify demand gaps.
• Open doors via cold calls, yard visits, and meetings.
• Quote, finance discussions, order, deliver, and commission equipment.
• Grow service revenue with the Service Manager.
• Maintain a clean CRM with all contacts and interactions.
