Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Business Development Manager (0034569) for US-TX-Laredo with remote/hybrid flexibility. You will spearhead acquisition and management of high-value deals, expand the company footprint, and drive revenue growth through market analysis, relationships, and tough negotiations.

You’ll collaborate with delivery teams to tailor staffing solutions across HC, Engineering, Perm, Skilled Tech, and Onsite offerings while maintaining records and pursuing new opportunities to exceed

Qualifications

2+ years of sales in a solution-based role with proven performance
Strong digital literacy including MS Word and Outlook
Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred

Responsibilities

Spearhead acquisition and management of high-value deals across multi-location territories
Identify strategic business opportunities through market analysis and networking
Build and maintain client relationships and provide tailored staffing solutions
Prepare presentations and proposals; negotiate and close deals with stakeholders from production managers to C-suite
Collaborate with delivery leaders to plan resources and improve service offerings based on client feedback
