• Responsible for the execution of telephonic business development strategies for an assigned group of agents across a defined geographic territory.
• Primary sales responsibilities will be to market and profitably grow Small Business, Lower Middle Market, and Financial Lines segments.
• Build & execute a strategy to attract new distribution sources to territory.
• Embrace One Chubb approach to help facilitate growth across all business segments, including: Agribusiness, Accident & Health, Product Recall, Environmental, Health Care, Marine Facilities, and more.
• Consistently deliver superior financial results on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Manage and maintain focus on achieving metrics across KPIs, including submissions, quotes, issued policies, line and industry mix, and profit.
• Exhibit a thorough understanding of local marketplace, Chubb capabilities within that marketplace, and corporate vision.
