Remote Business Development Manager (Professional Services) - Atlanta, GA Market!

Your Role & Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute a business development plan to generate branch sales growth and profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
  • Create a target client list and marketing plan aligned with strategic initiatives.
  • Establish a daily and weekly schedule for business development activities to meet gross margin objectives.
  • Collaborate with managers and sales coaches to set activity and result expectations.
  • Maintain records of sales activities and documentation regularly.
  • Cross-sell services across all divisions of RemX and Employbridge.
  • Enhance knowledge through educational opportunities, networking, and professional reading.
  • Contribute to the organization’s reputation by taking ownership of tasks and seeking value-added opportunities.
  • Work closely with a sales coach to improve sales and service skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities:
  • Staffing experience is required.
  • Experience in B2B sales within sectors such as Accounting, Engineering, Legal, Healthcare, Admin/Clerical, or Contact Support is preferred.
  • Proficiency in prospecting via calls and other methods.
  • Energetic, competitive, and challenge-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to build relationships with all organizational levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Capability to develop and grow a local book of business based on sales ability and business acumen.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and rapport-building abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals using innovative methods like Lead Generation, Vidyard, Zoom, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Ability to utilize EmployBridge’s technology to reach clients effectively.
