Remote Senior Product Manager, eCommerce

Title: Product Manager, eCommerce
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6 months+

Compensation: $65-70/hr.

THE TEAM

The Marketplace Product team is responsible for the online and mobile face of the business and the technology behind it, enabling fans to discover, buy, and access tickets for music, sports, arts, and theatre events.

THE JOB

As a Product Manager in our Purchase team, you'll develop features to support new revenue streams and optimize the fan experience. You'll collaborate with the Sr. Director of Product and the team to launch and develop our modern fan platform.

Our product team manages ticket discovery, selection, pricing, and more, in a high-performance, error-free environment. We aim to innovate in areas like ticket upgrades and exchanges, expanding ticket options for major sporting events, and enhancing our third-party ticketing offerings. Additionally, we focus on optimizing the existing fan experience, requiring comfort with data, AB testing, and challenging the status quo.

WHAT WE NEED YOU FOR
  • Contributing to the entire product lifecycle: roadmaps, requirements, delivery, and post-launch support.
  • Formulating business cases, competitive analysis, and documentation.
  • Defining product specs with clear user stories and acceptance criteria validated by stakeholders.
  • Driving feature delivery from conception to launch, coordinating with design, engineering, and operations.
  • Analyzing performance and identifying continuous improvement areas.
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING
  • 3-5 years of product management experience in a tech-focused environment.
  • Experience with mobile-responsive websites and high-traffic B2C e-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to interpret business needs into requirements.
  • Knowledge of agile techniques, including Epic and Story creation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including remote collaboration.
  • Experience working with marketing, ad services, client management, and legal teams.
  • Proficiency in product research, competitive analysis, data reporting, and testing.
  • Experience with analytics/BI tools like Google Analytics, Domo, or ContentSquare.
  • Desirable: experience with web services/APIs and multivariate/A-B testing campaigns.
