• Identification and approach of relevant decision-makers at these target companies.
• Establishment of qualified initial contacts and professional initiation of concrete customer discussions.
• Preparation and implementation of customer meetings to concretize interest.
• Conducting supplementary, structured market interviews to classify needs and use cases.
• Documentation of customer feedback and market requirements.
• Creation of a summary market validation based on the identified customer potentials.
