You will present technical solutions, support software adoption, and provide market insights. Travel up to 60% across the region is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or business development.
• Experience supporting commercial construction projects in fire protection, mechanical, electrical, or related building systems.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to contractors, engineers, field personnel, and executives.
• Experience influencing project decisions and building customer confidence through expertise.
• Familiarity with building codes and engineering specs preferred.
• Experience managing opportunities and customer activities through Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Ability to travel up to 60% overnight across the region.

Responsibilities

• Grow assigned product categories by identifying opportunities and managing the sales pipeline.
• Partner with contractors, specifying engineers, manufacturers' reps, and project partners to influence specs.
• Help customers evaluate seismic bracing applications and design approaches.
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, and training for field installers, project engineers, and contractors.
• Support adoption of seismic design software and related tools.
• Gather customer feedback, competitor insights, and market trends to shape product strategy.
• Collaborate with product management, marketing, engineering, and sales on new product introductions.
