Latham, The Pool Company is hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) for the Sand States Fiberglass segment. This role focuses on accelerating revenue by identifying dealers, distributors, and pool builders, expanding category penetration, and converting underpenetrated accounts.

Based in a remote territory (CA/NV/AZ) with travel required, you will own opportunities from qualification through repeat revenue, align with sales leadership, and drive gross margin growth while maintaining strong

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of successful sales, business development, account management, or territory management experience.
• Experience in swimming pool, pool equipment, building products, construction, or related industries preferred.
• Proven hunter with ability to generate net-new revenue and build pipeline.
• Proficient with CRM data, sales metrics, and financial analysis to forecast and drive growth.

Mansioni

• Deliver assigned annual and quarterly targets for incremental net sales, gross margin, and market-share growth.
• Develop and execute a territory growth plan identifying whitespace and priority segments.
• Build and maintain a prioritized target-account list and generate qualified opportunities.
• Own new-business opportunities from qualification through proposal, negotiation, order, onboarding, and repeat revenue.
• Create launch and growth plans with training, activation, and milestones for revenue.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to accelerate conversions and customer success.
• Travel extensively across the territory (approximately 50–70%).
